Kevin grew up in the franchising industry with his dad, Greg. He started franchising in 2006 in automotive, home service, and fast casual restaurant concepts working on inside sales, marketing, and franchise development. After earning his master’s degree, he went into corporate America within the packaging industry for about a decade. In doing so, he worked with Fortune 500 customers teaching him account management, leadership, and profitable growth, amongst other traits. From there, he went to another packaging company to launch a new division and manage the West Coast. This taught him start-up concepts, profitability management, and how to scale profitably. Kevin then started his own consulting business about the same time that Phoenix Franchise Brands was formed. Once Phoenix launched its home service division, Kevin and his dad began talking about working together again, which is when Kevin found the Spray Foam Genie concept and brought that to Phoenix Franchise Brands. Since joining in February 2022, Kevin has been leading the home service division and in January 2025, took on the role of Chief Development Officer to grow our franchise sales division.

Steven got his start in the Automotive Aftermarket field working as a National Account Manager for a brake supplier. I cherished the relationships I developed with my clients at the time, and those were translated into my long-term career. Steven also spent some time with another supplier in Automotive, working directly with Ford, but lost the relationship-building side of the job. I wanted to get back into something like that, and thankful Phoenix Franchise Brands came along. I’ve been part of each brand with Phoenix since its start. I’ve been able to develop relationships with all our owners, in addition to spearheading the vehicle program we have in place with each of our brands. I put together financing programs, which include working capital and equipment financing for our vehicles and each of our owners for each brand.
