After struggling to find a reliable mobile groomer in Lubbock, Tracy saw an opportunity to solve a real problem in her community. Although she didn’t have a background in grooming, her experience in owning and operating a franchise in the service industry gave her the confidence to take on the challenge. One of her most rewarding milestones has been hiring and training a recent college graduate with no prior grooming experience. Tracy and her team developed a curriculum from scratch, and today, that employee is a full-fledged groomer excelling in her role.
A key factor in Tracy’s success has been collaborating with her Furry Land Flight Group—a mastermind network of franchise owners who meet bi-weekly to share best practices, discuss key metrics, and strategize for growth. These discussions have significantly increased her business’s productivity and profitability.
